I’ve been in real estate since 1996—buying homes, rehabbing properties, and lending to investors across California. We operate as a licensed Brokerage, a licensed Contractor, and a licensed Lender, carrying the same credentials held by major financial institutions.

Over the years, we’ve completed more than 500 investment transactions and funded over $1 billion in loans, all while maintaining a loss ratio of less than 1/8%.
