ZINC Financial originates private money business purpose loans to individuals in the real estate rehab & resale business. With several hundred million dollars in loans & a loss ratio of less than 1/8%, this area of lending continues to scale in growth.
ZINC Realty is our in-house private equity division that purchases, rehabs and resells single family residential homes. As one of the largest rehabbers in the state, our completed renovated properties often have waiting lists & receiving multiple offers is common. As one of the premier rehabbers in the state, this segment leaves us very proud; improving communities from blight, helping first time homeowners realize their dream, while realizing a fair profit for our investors.
ZINC Income Fund is our flagship Mortgage Fund with a sub REIT feature allowing accredited investors to participate alongside the principals of ZINC. Our fund has been organized to make, purchase, originate or otherwise invest in real property debt instruments across the U.S.. The fund acquires the same debt instruments that ZINC has become so well recognized for over the past 20 years. ZINC income fund has consistently outperformed all other similar asset classes since inception.
