Request A Draw

ZINC is one of the longest-operating fix-and-flip and ground-up construction lenders in California, with nearly 20 years of construction management experience. By submitting your draw request with proof of install and proof of , your draw request can typically be reviewed, approved, and funded within approximately 48 hours. Our servicing team is available to guide you through the process, help prevent delays, and ensure a smooth draw experience. We’re here to support you at every stage of your investing journey.

Request Payoff

Ready to complete your investment and move on to your next opportunity? Submit your payoff request through our system, where your information will be routed to the appropriate team at ZINC Financial for review and processing. A response is typically provided within a few business days. Please note that a $35 statutory payoff fee, as permitted by the State of California, applies to each payoff request.

Request Reconveyance

To request a reconveyance for a loan with ZINC Financial, please complete the form below and submit the required fee. A $300 fee applies to each reconveyance request, with a standard processing time of 15 days.

Payment of the reconveyance fee is required regardless of whether a reconveyance was previously issued by ZINC Financial or by your title and escrow company. Any fees charged by your title and escrow company are separate from fees paid to ZINC Financial.
