Request A Reconveyance

To request a reconveyance for a loan with ZINC Financial, complete the form below and pay the appropriate fee.

A $300 fee must be paid for each reconveyance requested. The standard processing time of 15 business days applies to all requests. A party is not exempted from paying the fee if a reconveyance was previously issued by ZINC Financial or your title and escrow company. All fees collected by your title and escrow company are separate from the fees paid to ZINC Financial. Under Cal Civil Code §2941, the Trustee, beneficiary or mortgagee may charge a reasonable fee to the trustor or mortgagor, or the owner of the land, as the case may be for all services involved in the preparation, execution and recordation of the full reconveyance, including but not limited to document preparation, and forwarding service rendered to affect the full reconveyance and in addition may collect official fees. An additional release of a UCC1 filing may be prepared and filed for a document fee of $100.00.

Special Instructions
I hereby authorize the above charge of $300.00 in connection with the above request for reconveyance. I accept standard processing time of 15 business days from payment. I understand this reconveyance may have been previously provided at original close of escrow. As a convenience to me, I have asked the lender to prepare, execute and deliver a reconveyance even though one may have already been provided. I understand that within 15 business days of receipt of the above fee, ZINC will prepare and mail a full reconveyance to the requester's address provided. The lender will also complete the recording of the reconveyance.*
