Partner Agreement

Referal Program Overview

Refer borrowers to ZINC Financial and earn up to 1% commission on funded loans!
Provide their details to start earning. Terms and conditions apply.

Submit your contact details and the contact information of your referral, and one of our representatives will reach out to provide more information about the program and answer any questions you may have.
After your referral has been validated by our representatives, we will send you a contract outlining our terms for your signature. Once the contract has been duly signed, we will proceed to the next phase.
We will work with your referral to close the deal, and you will earn a commission of up to 1% on the closed loans.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility Requirnments for Referral Partners

ZINC Financial requires Referral Partners to be a resident of the United States and be at least 18 years of age. In order to participate in the Referral Partner program, Referral Partners must execute this Referral Partner Agreement & submit a completed W-9 to ZINC Financial.

Exclusions from Referral Incentives

ZINC Financial will not pay a Referral Incentive if the Borrower referred chooses to work with a mortgage broker for their loan, or if you engage in any activities that would constitute mortgage brokering or negotiating a loan under the laws of the applicable state.

Referred Borrower Status and Eligibility

ZINC Financial will not pay a Referral Incentive for any referred Borrower that is “already known” to ZINC Financial, “already known” means the referred Borrower has previously submitted na application and/or funded a loan with ZINC Financial.

Restrictions in Certain States

ZINC Financial is prohibited from paying referral incentive in certain restricted states; in the event the property referred is in a restricted state, the Referral Partner will be ineligible to receive Referral Compensation for that property loan. State regulatory restrictions vary and may be changed without
prior notification or approval.

States Where ZINC Financial Does Not Lend

ZINC Financial does not lend in certain states – see Company Website for Approved States. In these published states, Brokers and Referral Partners are ineligible to earn compensation, and ZINC Financial will not pay compensation in these states

Referral Partner Agreement and Compensation Qualification

Once you accept and execute the Referral Partner Agreement, and ZINC Financial has executed the Referral Partner Agreement, then you qualify to participate in the Referral Program and earn referral compensation from ZINC Financial.
