Tyler began House to Home Properties, LLC, a division of House to Home Investments Inc., in 2012, just one year after graduating from California State University, Fresno with his bachelors of science in Construction Management. Tyler is a natural born leader and has used his strong business acumen to become successful in the real estate business at a very young age. He is passionate about real estate, and hopes to continue advancing his education and grow his network through partnerships like the one he has with ZINC Financial. Tyler’s faith is also very important to him and he feels his success can be attributed to his beliefs.
In his first year and a half of business, Tyler has redeveloped three houses and has built a portfolio of four rental properties, all of which he performed renovations on. In addition to his business pursuits, Tyler is also an active volunteer, working with such organizations as the Valley Children’s Hospital “Kids Day” fundraiser, Habitat for Humanity, the Central California Blood Center, RMHC, and the Well Community Church. He’s also a member of the Fresno Chamber of Commerce and the Fresno Association of Realtors.
Tyler grew up in the Central Valley and feels a deep connection to the area. He hopes that through his real estate efforts, he will help build Fresno’s economy and make it a better home for the people in his community.

The best thing I ever did was buy into the idea that we have the opportunity to change the world, so take action!”
