Andrew S. Espino currently owns and manages a real estate brokerage firm in Downtown San Jose called Realty Executives Silicon Valley. RESV is the premier real estate brokerage serving San Jose and has closed over 45 transactions in the last 12 months. Before moving to RESV, Andrew owned the largest mortgage brokerage in Downtown San Jose. There he managed a team of 28 loan agents, all by the age of 25. In 2009, Andrew expanded into the business of buying and selling notes on the secondary market. The income generated from his note purchases has created additional revenue for rehabbing and flipping projects, Andrew’s primary passion.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Andrew earned his bachelor’s of science in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College in California. He attended St. Mary’s on a football scholarship and was on the Dean’s list. Currently he is a member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Andrew is always looking for new ways to volunteer his time in the San Jose community. The descendent of a long line of fishermen, Andrew always looks forward to the annual family fishing trip in Bodega Bay and Monterey, CA.
