Investment Property Loan Options
Investors can qualify based on the monthly rental cash flow of the subject property. Current or projected rental income for the subject property is evaluated to determine loan eligibility. DSCR down to 0.75, it’s that simple.
Designed specifically for investors with multi-unit and mixed-use properties. Project GLA must be a minimum 51% residential and a minimum 51% of the income comes from residential unit(s).
Multifamily (1 to 8 units) purchase loans based on the projected rental income.
